This will feel like a different kind of boot camp than the students of Code Platoon are used to: Code Platoon started a bootcamp that specializes in full-stack software engineer training for veterans to attend remotely or in-person in downtown Chicago. Understanding that the unemployment rates for post-9/11 veterans far outpaces the national average, Code Platoon trains and builds networks for veterans to join upon graduation. They're well-versed on what benefits and tuition reimbursements the GI Bill entitles their students, as well as offers a host of scholarships for vets as well. Code Platoon is above-average in their outcome transparency, working directly with the CIRR to report their employment metrics after graduation.
