About Institution

The University of Birmingham’s coding bootcamp was launched in 2019 and powered by Trilogy Education Services, (a 2U, Inc. brand). Located about an hour’s distance by car from Stratford-upon-Avon and Coventry, this bootcamp offers both full-stack and data analytics coding bootcamps. University of Birmingham made a significant announcement in 2021: the availability of hundreds of scholarships from the West Midlands Combined Authority to push for more underrepresented groups in tech. The financial awards are significant (600 scholarships awarded at £4,000 each) to pay for the 24-week part-time bootcamps that are offered both remotely and in-person at the university. Career planning and post-grad job support is offered, however, this bootcamp has not published any outcomes data for students to reference.
